Robinson Ginger Girl

Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. BARROWS Ginger Liquor
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Seltzer water
Dash of Angostura bitters

Preparation:
Add bourbon, ginger liquor and lime juice to shaker, shake and pour on the rocks, top with seltzer and dash of bitters, garnish with mint sprig

Robinson Spice Rack

Ingredients:
1 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Grade B maple syrup
1 oz Cocchi Torino Vermouth
1 dash Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters
2 dashes Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters

Preparation:
Add bourbon, ginger liquor and lime juice to shaker, shake and pour on the rocks, top with seltzer and dash of bitters, garnish with mint sprig

Robinson in Manhattan

Ingredients:
2 Parts Bourbon
1 part Italian sweet vermouth
2 drops bitters
1 maraschino cherry

Combine all ingredients over ice. Stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry (served up, no ice).

Robinson Maple Orchard

Ingredients:
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. BARROWS Ginger Liquor
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Seltzer water
Dash of Angostura bitters

Preparation:
Add bourbon, ginger liquor and lime juice to shaker, shake and pour on the rocks, top with seltzer and dash of bitters, garnish with mint sprig

Robinson and Ginger

Ingredients:
1-1/2 parts Bourbon
Ginger ale

Preparation:
Fill rocks glass with ice, add Bourbon and top off with ginger ale. For a twist, garnish with an orange slice or lime wedge.

Robinson Derby

Ingredients:
1-1/2 Parts Bourbon
1 part fresh grapefruit juice
1⁄2 part honey syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or twist.

St Robinson

Ingredients:
1-1/2 parts Bourbon
1⁄2 part St. Germain
1 part White Peach Mango Juice
3 Dashes of Apple Bitters
Fresh Grapefruit

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain over a large ice cube.

Bourbon Whisky Shots
Marshmallow Shot Glasses:
Large Marshmallows
Open Flame (from candle or stove top)

Using forks, heat the bottom and sides of Marshmallow over open flame until it ignites. Continue to heat until bubbly. Extinguish and place on platter for center to implode, making an indention in mallow.

Pour desired amount of Bourbon into hollowed out mallow.
Shoot and enjoy.ith mint sprig

Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Orange Sherbert
2 Quarts Ginger Ale
1 bottle (750 ML) Bourbon
